Project Title: Arena Mural

Description: The group of young people taking part in this project were from Westborough High School. The venue to be painted was the Arena Centre, a local sports facility used by many different groups of the community. The mural had to be pleasing to a variety of different tastes and in keeping with the many uses for the space.

Outcomes: Sports characters were painted using acrylics; the mural was completed by connecting the pieces together with rag effect background. The young people taking part in the mural project all earned a Princes Trust Award for their hard work.
