Title: Mix It Wakefield

The Mix IT project began in summer 2005; the workshops take place on the mix van, a mobile operated by Wakefield Young People Service. The workshops involved young people from three areas in Wakefield, Agbrigg, Lupset and Eastmore and are attended by young people from various backgrounds living in the area.

The aim of the workshop is for young people to learn the various skills needed to produce their own internet radio broadcast. Outcomes – The created a sixty minute internet radio broadcast
